The African Cookbook: Culinary history for selected African countries adapted from The African Cookbook, by Bea Sandler. American Culinary Federation: The American Culinary Federation (ACF), Inc., a professional, not-for-profit organization for chefs and cooks, was founded in 1929 in New York City by three chefs? organizations: the Soci??Culinaire Philanthropique, the Vatel Club, and the Chefs Association of America. The principal goal of the founding chefs remains true to ACF today?to promote the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education among culinarians at all levels, from apprentices to the most accomplished certified master chefs. Clementine Paddleford Papers: These are the papers of Clementine Paddleford who willed them to the University Archives of Kansas State University. The University acquired the collection in 1968, after Paddleford?s death on November 13, 1967. The collection documents Paddleford?s career as an international food?s editor. Culinary World Tour: Contains recipes from different cuisines around the world, including African, Australian, Caribbean, and Indian cuisine. Ethnic Cuisine: Provides culinary history for selected countries. Feeding America: The Historic Cookbook Project: A collection of images and text from 19th and early 20th century American cookbooks. The Food Timeline: Provides a food chronology created by the Morris County Public Library. The History of Eating Utensils: Sponsored by the California Academy of Sciences, provides information on the history of eating utensils. Longone Center for American Culinary Research: The Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive at the William L. Clements Library on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor contains thousands of items from the 16th to 20th centuries - books, ephemera, menus, magazines, graphics, maps, manuscripts, diaries, letters, catalogues, advertisements, and reference works.
