Culinary Periodical Index (CPI): contains citations for
articles found in periodicals the Sullivan University Library collection.
These periodicals include those culinary magazines and journals that are
not already indexed in another online source readily accessible to
Sullivan University students.
The following journals and magazines
are indexed in the Culinary Periodical Index:
Art
Culinaire,
Chef Magazine,
Cook's Illustrated,
Cuisine at Home,
Fine Cooking,
Food & Wine, Journal of Culinary
Science and Technology,
Modern Baking,
the National Culinary Review,
Prep,
Saveur,
and
Sizzle.
Other periodicals, such
as:
Art of Eating,
Catering Magazine,
Chocolatier,
Flavor & Fortune,
Food & Wine,
Food Arts,
Food History News, Foodservice &
Hospitality, Gastronomica,
and
Pastry Art & Design,
in
the Sullivan University Library collection are not indexed in the CPI, but
are indexed in other commercial indexes to which the library subscribes,
such as the Hospitality and Tourism database.

another online resource.
