International Association of Official Human Rights Agencies. This Washington DC -based private, non-profit was founded in 1949, and states that its goals are ?to enhance human rights practices under law,?to promote civil and human rights around the world. Nobel Peace Prize e-Museum: This website provides background of award recipients noted for achievements in physics, chemistry, medicine, literature and peace. Physicians for Human Rights: An organization that creates reports on human rights abuses and campaigns to end them. United States Department of State: Contains annual human rights reports. Until 2001, annual trade reports were also issued.
