Finding Books:

Search the library catalog using a specific topic, such as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), or Conflict Management, etc., or browse the following subject areas in the Dewey Decimal numbers indicated below:

ABI/INFORM: Available through ProQuest and comprising nearly 1,400 North American journal sources, this database provides information on advertising, economics, human resources, finance, marketing, computers, plus 60,000 companies. Also, ABI indexes The Wall Street Journal from 1984 to the present.

Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center: Critical Thinking: This resource is a comprehensive, full-text database providing differing points of view on current social issues, such as affirmative action, censorship, ecology, mental health, and many other social issues.

Regional Business News:  An EBSCOhost database indexing full-text articles from 75 U.S. regional business journals, newspapers, and newswires.

Westlaw Campus Research: Westlaw Campus Research provides access to federal and state case law, the United States Code Annotated (USCA), the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Federal Register (July, 1980-present), state statutes and administrative codes, American Jurisprudence 2d (law encyclopedia), American Law Reports (ALR) 2nd-5th and federal series, and more than 900 law journals and reviews. It also contains full-text articles from several major newspapers.

Wiley Interscience: This database provides access to the journal Conflict Resolution Quarterly. This journal is available in full text as a single-title through the searchable WileyInterscience portal from 2002 to the present. Conflict Resolution Quarterly is published by the Association for Conflict Resolution, which is a professional organization dedicated to enhancing the practice and public understanding of conflict resolution.

Mediate.com (http://www.mediate.com): is an online journal providing articles on mediation and conflict resolution.

National Mediation Board (http://www.nmb.gov/): The official website of the Nation Mediation Board, an organization that provides mediation and arbitration services within the transportation industry.

Office of Dispute Resolution: U.S. Department of Justice (http://www.usdoj.gov/odr): contains articles and statistics on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
