Business Source Premier:  An EBSCOhost database indexing 3,650+ scholarly/peer-reviewed business journals back to 1922 and providing the corresponding full-text/full-image for articles on all business subjects  including management, finance and accounting.  Also includes country economic reports as well as comprehensive profiles for the 10,000 largest companies:  click the COMPANY PROFILE tab  on the toolbar at the top of the page.  Updated daily.

Culinary Periodical Index (CPI): Contains citations for articles found in culinary, catering, hospitality, and pastry periodicals in the Sullivan University Library collection. These periodicals include those culinary magazines and journals that are not already indexed in another online source readily accessible to Sullivan University students. The following journals and magazines are indexed in the Culinary Periodical Index: Art Culinaire, Catering Magazine, Chocolatier, Cuisine at home, Fine Cooking, Flavor & Fortune, Food & Wine, Food Arts, Food History News, Foodservice & Hospitality, Gastronomica, Modern Baking, The National Culinary Review, Pastry Art & Design, and Saveur. Other periodicals in the Sullivan University Library collection are not indexed in the CPI. Information about the articles in these publications can be found using another online resource.

Hospitality and Tourism Complete: This bibliographic  database from EBSCOhost  provides "scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. Ultimately, this collection will contain more than 470,000 records from 500 titles, with coverage going back to the early 1960's. The major coverage includes demographics and statistics, development and investment, food and beverage management, hospitality law, hotel management and administrative practices, leisure and business travel, market trends, technology and more."

For Additional Culinary Periodical Searching, use the periodical search function on the Catalog home page to find periodical titles indexed in our databases.  For example, if you have a citation to an article and want to see if it is available full-text in our databases, search for the journal title, and the system will lead you to the correct database.
